What is a VPN?

VPN routes your traffic through an encrypted tunnel to a remote server, masking your IP and securing your data.

In simple terms, a VPN encrypts data between your device and the VPN server—a model used across the industry and built into many mainstream operating systems. Its security and practicality are widely accepted after years of real-world use.

Encrypted Protection

Data scrambled, impossible to steal

Hidden Identity

IP address concealed

Global Access

By pass regional restrictions

Censorship & Locked-Down Wi‑Fi

Use global apps in China and on restrictive networks

In countries with heavy blocking (such as China), a VPN helps you reach mainstream international apps and websites—whether you live and work there long-term or are only visiting. It’s also how you regain sensible access on corporate or school networks when administrators enforce policies that get in your way.

Full platform, multiple modes

Support iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux systems, web proxy mode. Quick connection in any environment

No-Log Policy

We never log your browsing history, traffic data, or DNS queries. Your privacy stays yours.

Open-Source & Third-Party Clients

We support widely used open-source VPN apps and standard protocols—security and implementations can be reviewed in public by experts worldwide, and you can keep connecting with the third-party clients you already trust. We welcome professional audits of our security approach: traffic and sensitive information are encrypted end-to-end by design; we never hold keys that would let us read your data, so not even we can decrypt your traffic or payloads.

Reliable in China

Most big international VPN brands struggle in China. We started in China and know its networks—dedicated lines for China, not just “it works” but smooth HD streaming at peak hours. Hard for offshore rivals to match.

Super VPN (Chrome Extension): Relay / Transit Lines Restored

Super VPN (Chrome extension): relay / transit endpoints are back online. During the recent mainland network control window around early June, both direct and relay (transit) servers suffered widespread blocks or heavy interference. Our native apps received emergency relay fixes and partial recovery first. Why Chrome lagged: extension delivery is constrained by certificate and store/update mechanics, so we could not mirror the app-side hotfix instantly. For a while, extension users might have seen no “transit / BGP relay” nodes at all. That gap is now closed — transit servers inside the Chrome build are restored. You should again see entries such as Singapore / Korea / Thailand … BGP relay in the picker (exact names vary by rollout). What to do: Stay on the latest extension build (chrome://extensions → check for updates). If the list looks stale, close and reopen the popup or restart Chrome. Try recommended BGP relay / transit lines first; open a ticket with browser + extension versions if issues persist. We will keep monitoring quality through volatile periods — thank you for your patience.

Service Notice: Direct & Relay Lines Disrupted — Refresh the App for Live Servers

Today is 4 June — a period when network controls and interference in mainland China are historically at their tightest. This round appears stronger than what we usually see. What we observed tonight: our direct endpoints were largely blocked as a group; relay / transit lines also took heavy interference, with widespread outages or instability. Engineering is actively recovering capacity. Some service is back, but availability may shift hour by hour. We are doing our best to keep mainland users online — please treat the in-app server list as the live source of truth. What you should do Trust the in-app list: connect only to nodes shown as available now; do not rely on stale favourites. If the list looks stale, fully quit and reopen: Phone / tablet: force-close from the app switcher, then launch again. Windows: right-click the tray icon (bottom-right) and Exit, then restart the client. macOS: use the menu-bar icon (top-right) and Quit, then restart. Still stuck? Try another network (Wi‑Fi vs cellular), pick relay/transit nodes with better speed tests, and stay on the latest app build. Need help? Open an in-app ticket with diagnostics, speed tests, and logs attached. Note: during heightened control windows, no provider can guarantee zero disruption. We will keep monitoring and restoring lines — thank you for your patience.

How can I change DNS to reduce DNS pollution issues?

If your network access behaves abnormally, first check and adjust DNS settings in the Rules page.

The app has built-in support for:

1. Changing DNS settings after dial-up/connection.

2. DNS connectivity checks.

3. DNS pollution detection.

Where to configure: open the app main screen, go to Rules, then modify the default DNS request settings.

One-tap preset recovery: at the bottom of the Rules page, we provide built-in presets for common regions, including Mainland China, Hong Kong/Macau, and default profiles for countries/regions such as Iran and Russia.

Dynamic IP database update: the Rules page also includes dynamic IP database update, which you can run when needed.

Why detected DNS may differ from configured DNS:

DNS probing uses temporary domain resolution to identify the actual egress resolver IP within a DNS cluster, so the detected result may not be exactly the DNS address you entered.

For example, even if you configure Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8), the detected resolver may be another cluster node responding to your request.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

Open the app and go to Account -> Security -> Delete Account.

Please note:

1. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

2. Email verification is required before deletion.

3. After deletion, related payment records, usage records, and other associated data will be removed.

4. The account will be deleted regardless of whether you are a VIP member.

How do I collect logs and report issues to you quickly?

When you hit connection issues, unstable speed, or anything hard to reproduce, rich diagnostics help us troubleshoot much faster.

Recommended (best): use the in-app ticket / feedback flow. In recent builds you can attach profiles, network diagnostics, speed-test results, and detailed logs right inside the ticket so support can triage quickly.

Can't find the ticket entry? Open Help → About (or the equivalent section in your client) — you'll usually find shortcuts to logs and network diagnostics there; export or capture what you can, then reach out through whichever channel you prefer.

Tips: try to reproduce once before sending, note time, network type (cellular vs Wi‑Fi, rough region), and your app version; it speeds things up.

Why does my membership show only 7 days after subscribing monthly/yearly through Apple?

If you subscribed through Apple In‑App Purchase, Apple often attaches an introductory period (sometimes shown as a free trial — exact wording and length appear on Apple's checkout screen; seven days is typical).

During that period payment usually hasn't cleared yet, so the remaining time you see in the app (for example about seven days left) usually reflects the trial window, not your full monthly or yearly entitlement already granted.

After the trial: if you have not cancelled before it ends, Apple begins the paid subscription, and your membership duration then advances according to the plan you chose. You may cancel anytime during the trial from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the subscription section in the App Store) if you don't want it to renew automatically.

Note: Exact billing timing follows Apple's receipt and subscription terms; wording may vary by region.

How do I check which country or region my Apple ID is set to?

To see which country or region your Apple ID is registered in (for example US, Hong Kong, etc.), use Apple’s official account site.

Recommended: sign in with your browser and open the account information section—look for Country or Region.

Direct link (sign in required): Apple ID — Account information

Note: menus may vary slightly by language or iOS version. On iPhone you can also check under Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases / Payment & Shipping, or the region shown for the App Store account.

Your region affects which apps appear in the App Store and which payment methods are available. Use an Apple ID that matches the storefront you need, and follow Apple’s terms.
