Today is 4 June — a period when network controls and interference in mainland China are historically at their tightest. This round appears stronger than what we usually see.
What we observed tonight: our direct endpoints were largely blocked as a group; relay / transit lines also took heavy interference, with widespread outages or instability.
Engineering is actively recovering capacity. Some service is back, but availability may shift hour by hour. We are doing our best to keep mainland users online — please treat the in-app server list as the live source of truth.
What you should do
Trust the in-app list: connect only to nodes shown as available now; do not rely on stale favourites.
If the list looks stale, fully quit and reopen:
Phone / tablet: force-close from the app switcher, then launch again.
Windows: right-click the tray icon (bottom-right) and Exit, then restart the client.
macOS: use the menu-bar icon (top-right) and Quit, then restart.
Still stuck? Try another network (Wi‑Fi vs cellular), pick relay/transit nodes with better speed tests, and stay on the latest app build.
Need help? Open an in-app ticket with diagnostics, speed tests, and logs attached.
Note: during heightened control windows, no provider can guarantee zero disruption. We will keep monitoring and restoring lines — thank you for your patience.
