Why can not I connect to 5UF VPN sometimes?

Check if your network has changed (e.g. office Wi-Fi vs home 3G). Some routers do not support VPN (need GRE support). Try using different servers or VPN types (L2TP, OpenVPN). If unsure, contact us for help.
